Feeding Scheme

Methodist Church of South Africa has started a food packaging initiative to provide food for those who are not able to feed themselves. Scales and sealers are vital to the packaging of this food, and your contribution will go extra mile to make this possible for us. The food that we pack is nutritious and tasty, and cost about R6-00 to feed 2 adults and 4 children a hot meal. The food is weighed and then packed into bags that are sealed so that the food does not spoil, and can be kept for about 4 months.

Dolphin House

Dolphin House is a Children’s Home under The Manger Care Centre which was established in 1986.

Dolphin House is a fully-equipped care facility with the support of a full-time house father, house mother and a kitchen matron, who look after abandoned and abused children in Mountain View Pretoria. The 14 children all go to school and achieve very well in the sports and educational fields. Last year, Elize Kotze and Bobby Sarabadu both matriculated with good marks and Bobby is now working successfully at a welding business in Pretoria.
